All attractions, but limited time
This is the most popular option among tourists. With the time-limited passes you can use as many services as you want within a few days. This type is suitable if you want to do a lot of sightseeing.
This applies to:
2
Limited number of attractions
With this option you can choose from many attractions, but visit only a limited number (3 - 7). This type is suitable if you want to have the full choice, but still use only some services.
This applies to:
3
Combi ticket for few attractions
These are not classic Dubai Passes, but a combined ticket that allows you to visit two or three attractions that are fixed in advance. With this option only small savings are possible.
This applies to:
The Dubai Passes within a category are very similar. The All Inclusive Pass and the Dubai Pass Unlimited differ only in small details. The same applies to the Dubai Explorer Pass and the Dubai Pass Flexi. We will go into the specific differences further down on this page.

City Pass vs. All Inclusive Pass vs. Unlimited Pass
Three of the Dubai Passes mentioned above are very similar: Dubai City Pass, Dubai All Inclusive Pass and Dubai Unlimited Pass. With all products, you can visit as many attractions as you want in a limited time. We point out the differences between these three products here:

Choice of attractions
All three Dubai Passes include most of the major attractions. The differences lie in the details. The All Inclusive Pass offers the largest selection of attractions with more than 50 attractions. The Unlimited Pass contains more than 30 attractions. With the Dubai City Pass, there are less than 20 attractions.
Refer to the table above to see the specific differences.
An important advantage of the All Inclusive Pass is that many attractions in the neighboring emirate of Abu Dhabi can be visited. This is not possible with the other Dubai passes.
Validity period
The three products differ in their validity period:
- Dubai City Pass: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days
- All Inclusive Pass: 2, 3, 4, 5 or 7 days
- Unlimited Pass: 3 or 5 days
This makes the Dubai City Pass the most flexible product.
Cancellation conditions
Free cancellation is not possible for the Dubai City Pass. You can cancel the purchase up to one day before your departure date, but a fee of 30,- € per City Pass will be charged.
If you book the All Inclusive Pass on the official website GoCity.com, you have up to 90 days to cancel the booking free of charge. To do so, all you have to do is contact customer service. The only requirement is that the pass has not yet been activated. You must also not have made any reservations yet.
With the Dubai Unlimited Pass, free cancellation is possible if you purchase the product at GetYourGuide. Up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, the cancellation is free of charge there.
Purchase price
An important difference between the three Dubai Passes is the purchase price. We compare the prices for a validity period of three calendar days:
- Dubai City Pass: $264
- All Inclusive Pass: $410
- Unlimited Pass: $429
However, you should note that Dubai City Pass covers fewer attractions. The Burj Khalifa and La Perle by Dragone can be booked optionally. This increases the purchase price. But even with these two optional attractions, the Dubai City Pass is cheaper than the other products.
From our point of view, the Dubai City Pass is the best product for Dubai. The City Pass includes many top attractions, offers very good value for money and the validity period is very flexible.
All time-limited products in detail:
Explorer Pass vs. Flexi Pass
The Dubai Explorer Pass from Go City and the Dubai Flexi Pass are very similar products. The differences are not great, but there are a few.

Number of attractions
With the Dubai Explorer Pass you can select 3, 4, 5 or 7 attractions. With the Dubai Flexi Pass you can select 3, 5 or 7 attractions. This makes the Explorer Pass a little more flexible.
Choice of attractions
The services offered are very similar. The Dubai Explorer Pass offers more than 60 attractions, while the Dubai Flexi Pass includes just over 30 attractions. Nevertheless, both products include most of the major attractions. Important differences are: The Dubai Explorer Pass includes a guided tour at the Burj al Arab. On the other hand, the Dubai Flexi Pass includes the popular show La Perle by Dragone.
With the Dubai Explorer Pass you can also visit many attractions in Abu Dhabi. This is not possible with the Dubai Flexi Pass.
Validity period
The Dubai Explorer Pass is valid for 60 days. The Dubai Flexi Pass is only valid for seven days. The validity period begins each time you visit the first attraction.
Cancellation free of charge
If you book the Explorer Pass on the official website GoCity.com, you have up to 90 days to cancel the booking free of charge. To do so, all you have to do is contact customer service. The only requirement is that the pass has not yet been activated. You must also not have made any reservations yet.
With the Dubai Flexi Pass a free cancellation is possible if you buy the product at GetYourGuide. Up to 24 hours before the start of the trip, the cancellation is free of charge there.
Purchase price
One important difference is the purchase price: the Dubai Flexi Pass is about 15% cheaper than the Dubai Explorer Pass.
From our point of view, both products are similarly good. Although the Explorer Pass offers some small advantages, the Flexi Pass is cheaper in return.
Both Dubai Passes in detail:
Dubai Combi Tickets
If you only want to visit a few attractions, a Dubai Pass might be too expensive. You might consider a combined ticket instead. The following offers include two to four attractions each and you save some money compared to individual tickets:
- Best of Dubai: Burj Khalifa + Desert Safari
- Dubai Highlights: Burj Khalifa + City Tour + Dhow Cruise + NOL Map
- Dubai Easy Pass: Desert Safari + Boat Trip + Dubai Frame + Dubai Fountain
- Dubai Palm Pass: The View at the Palm + Aquaventure + Palm Monorail
- Dubai Mall: Burj Khalifa + Dubai Aquarium
Questions & Answers
Do the Dubai Passes allow priority entry?
No, basically you have to queue with your Dubai Pass at the respective box office to get your free ticket. However, some attractions require you to make an online reservation. This will give you a time slot ticket, which can reduce waiting times.
Are reservations required?
Yes, reservations are required for some attractions with each Dubai Pass.
- Dubai City Pass: For Burj Khalifa and the show La Perly by Dragone, reserve your ticket immediately when booking. Then, above all, you must reserve your participation in guided tours. Carefully read the documents you will receive after purchasing the Dubai City Pass.
- All Inclusive Pass & Explorer Pass: Many of the tours and attractions offered must be reserved in advance. An overview of all offers with reservation requirement can be found here: Reservations with Go City.
- Dubai Pass Unlimited & Flexi: Many attractions and tours must be reserved before visiting. Reservations are made through an online portal. This applies to the following services: Reservations with Dubai Pass.
- Combo tickets: For the combination tickets, select your preferred dates when booking.
Which Dubai Passes can be cancelled free of charge?
Some Dubai Passes can be cancelled at no cost - others cannot be cancelled. Please note that cancellation conditions also depend on where you buy a Dubai Pass.
- Dubai City Pass: Cancellation is possible up to one day before the specified travel date, but not free of charge. A cancellation fee of 30,- € per City pass will be charged.

For whom is a Dubai Pass worthwhile?
It is difficult to give a blanket answer to this question, as the Dubai Passes presented on our website are quite different. However, there are some arguments that attract many travelers to buy such a product:
- With a Dubai Pass you get all tickets from one source. You can take part in sightseeing tours, boat trips and guided tours and visit top attractions as well as museums.
- With a Dubai Pass, most of the sightseeing is already paid for, before you start your trip. You don't have to worry about escalating costs during the trip.
- You don't have to ask yourself before each visit, whether it is worth buying a ticket. With the limited time products, the main attractions are included.
- With each Dubai Pass you can save money. The amount of savings depends on the value for money of the product in question and how much sightseeing you want to do in the time available. Those who use a Dubai Pass extensively can save some money with them.
What should I look for when buying a Dubai Pass?
The selection is large and not every Dubai Pass is suitable for every trip. If you do not have the time to deal with all products, you should at least pay attention to the following criteria:
- Consider beforehand, which product suits you. If you want to do a lot of sightseeing and participate in tours, the Dubai City Pass, the Dubai All Inclusive Pass and the Dubai Unlimited Pass are suitable. If you only want to do a little sightseeing, the Dubai Explorer Pass and the Dubai Flexi Pass are more suitable.
- What attractions are included? The selection is decidedly wide for most products, but be sure to cover those attractions you're dying to visit.
- Think about the value for money! While a Dubai Pass can cover many attractions, it can be so expensive as a result that it is only worth it if you do a lot of sightseeing or focus on expensive attractions. For inexpensive attractions and museums, Dubai Passes are usually not worth it.
- Check the official websites of the providers to find out if you need to make your own reservations for certain attractions and services.
- Pay attention to the cancellation policy. Not every company allows cancellation of the booking free of charge.
